Our housing

“This house really feels like a home. It’s light, airy and has space outside for us to relax or do some gardening. It has given me a breathing space.”

Former St Petrock’s client

We lease shared flats in the city centre and manage two houses on the edge of Exeter, which provides a safe place for you to readjust your life and recover from being homeless.

We offer practical support following move-in, including setting up benefit claims, utility accounts and accessing necessities. In addition, we provide ongoing support to develop budgeting, domestic and personal healthcare or access to work or training opportunities. At all times the support provided is personalised and flexible.

Our comfortably furnished 2 – 3 bed shared flats provide a total of 11 bed spaces for people with low-medium support needs.

Our two recovery houses provide a supportive therapeutic environment to help people with a history of homelessness get back on their feet. The houses provide opportunities to learn new life skills, make new friendships and build confidence as tenants move towards independent living.
